Helping organizations raise needed funds is only part of our business!
Based in Brighton, Colorado, The Promotion Source has been fundraising for schools, sports leagues, bands, cheerleaders, churches and charities for over 35 years.
Besides representing numerous national companies with unique fundraising products, we have our own line of products and design our own programs and brochures. We are proud to report that we have raised over 36 million dollars nationwide through our efforts.
But that's only part of the picture. We give back to the community in a number of beneficial ways:
- Participated in the KOSI 101 Radiothon for Ronald McDonald House of Denver at the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. All of the proceeds from the sales of poinsettias were donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver.
- Donate gift bags and door prizes to the organization; Alliance of Professional Women of Colorado.
- Added links to the web sites of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Colorado that connect to The Promotion Source's The Corner Store. This 24/7 Online Shopping site brings in revenue for the charities all year long.
- Exhibited at the DECA Chapters of Colorado Regional Conferences and participated as a Speaker at one of the seminars at the State Conference.
- We partnered with Junior League of Denver to sell "Pink Cookies" during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Proceeds were given to the Junior League to donate to the organization of their choice.
- Donated Gift Baskets for organizations like: Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, Alliance of Professional Women, Junior League of Denver, American Cancer Society, Community Shares of Colorado, MAD Ministries, Athena Awards and for Silent Auctions.
- Designed a "Continuous Revenue" program where schools, groups and charities continue to earn money all year long from The Corner Store purchases.
- Donated money to Belmont Elementary's 5th Grade "Destination ImagiNation" Global Finals.
- National Sponsor for FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) "Parliamentary Procedures" and awarded cash scholarships to the top three winners.
- Taken over 7, 000 children to Colorado Rockies baseball games since the team's inception.
- Awarded a $1,000 gift certificate to the highest seller in a fundraising campaign.
- Hosted a special "Thank You" to acknowledge our principals and volunteers at the Brown Palace Hotel in downtown Denver.
- Organized a press conference for baseball player Larry Walker to promote his Candy Bar fundraiser for Children's Hospital of Denver, after which Larry donated his autograph royalties to Children's Hospital.
- Hosted Big Bash parties including cash prizes, refreshments and limousine rides for top sellers in schools.
- Gave "season" and "day" passes to children for SixFlags Elitch Gardens.
- Donated $500 to a group of students for a field trip to Taos, New Mexico.
- Supported Colorado businesses by designing a brochure with Colorado Only products.
- Donated thousands of dollars worth of books to schools for their reading programs.
- Organized baseball clinics featuring Colorado Rockies coaches for local Little League teams.

The Children's Hospital of Denver, Ronald McDonald House, The Variety Club of Colorado, Denver Public Schools Athletic Program and MAD Ministries (to help Brazilians to feed, clothe and care for homeless and needy children).
