The Promotion Source Refund Policy and Instructions
If, within the first 14 days after receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us for a refund. Return your store purchase through the mail. To expedite the process, please follow the steps below.
- Include a note or letter containing the following information:
• Name, address, daytime phone number.
• Photocopy of the store receipt (keep original for your records) - a merchandise credit will be issued for the last-marked selling price.
• Let us know if you want to return or exchange the items.
- Package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
- Mail the package back insured to the address below:

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).
